Code of Practice

In carrying out a recruitment assignment of any sort we are entrusted by our clients to speak authoritatively about their businesses within agreed guidelines. Potential candidates, and indeed other interested parties, may judge the business on the levels of professionalism we exhibit as the trusted ambassador of the company when carrying out our work.

This position obviously cannot be abused but we take things one step further by encouraging our clients to seek feedback on the quality of our representation. We will also set up the mechanisms through which this can be achieved if required.

We adhere to strict ethics which govern our activities. These generally revolve around the following principles:

Client confidentiality is assured at all times in line with agreed guidelines.
We ensure that candidates are aware that we follow the conduct recommendations outlined in The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 which ensures the complete confidentiality of candidate personal data.
A single point of contact accountable for the management integrity of the assignment is provided in the form of a project manager.
We communicate with potential candidates in a professional manner during all stages of their continued interest in the assignment.
“Off limits” areas indicated by the client are understood and respected.
